Details of the Phone Survey
A telephone survey was conducted in fall 2007. This survey consisted of a random sample of Colorado women aged 18-44 and was conducted by a professional research firm. Women were asked about their contraceptive use, pregnancy history, and attitudes toward contraception. This sample represented the women of Colorado as a whole and allowed the Prevention First Colorado Coalition to draw conclusions about the major problems women face regarding this issue. The phone survey was administered in both English and Spanish.
